  • Over 90% of B2B marketers use content marketing; however, only 36% feel they are effective at it. (FlipCreator). Yet more than 70% of both B2B and B2C marketers plan to produce more content in 2014 than they did in 2013, with 60% of marketers planning to increase their content marketing spend.   • Nearly 80% of CMOs say that the development of custom content is the future of marketing. (SocialTimes). Nearly half of marketers devote at least 10% of their total budgets to content development. One in five spend 25% or more. (eMarketer)
  • Customer testimonials are the most effective content marketing tactic, achieving an effectiveness rating of 89%. (SocialTimes)
  • The two most popular formats for marketing content are video, used by 60% of marketers, and articles / blog posts, used by 76%. (eMarketer)
  • Videos on landing pages increase conversions by 86%. (Social Times)
