
Chris Finetti
Creative Director |
Chris brings over 15 years experience in creative direction, video production, tradeshow/event production, interactive media development, print design and project management to NIA Creative, with extensive industry experience in telecommunications, pharma/biotech, high-tech manufacturing as well as in the education/non-profit arena. Prior to his current position as the owner and Creative Director of NIA, Chris was the owner of Critical Mass Media, a production company focusing on video, animation and interactive tradeshow presentations. He also held senior positions at Chroma Copy and Litton Applied Technology. Chris majored in Creative Arts at San Jose State University, where he combined his talent and experience in both visual and performing arts.

Jennifer Finetti
Managing Director |
Jennifer brings over 15 years experience in marketing and media project management to NIA Creative, with a particular focus on healthcare/biotech and public sector/non-profit organizations. As Managing Director, Jennifer is responsible for operations management of the agency including business management, human resources, business development, proposal writing, scriptwriting and copy editing, budget development, project management, coordination with clients and vendors and more. Prior to joining NIA Creative, Jennifer held marketing management positions with William Isaacs Health Communications and Critical Mass Media. In addition, Jennifer held senior positions in education, training and workforce investment as well as in behavioral health organizations. Jennifer holds an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a BA in Psychology.

Christian Overacker
Motion Graphics Art Director |
Christian offers over 8 years experience in motion graphics, interactive media, video production and print design as well as set, prop and costume design/construction. As Motion Graphics Art Director, Christian can handle virtually any project we throw at him. And if something needs to be built, he’s our man. Prior to joining NIA Creative, Christian was a Senior Designer/Grip with Critical Mass Media and a Graphic Designer with Neocork Technologies. He also was a Grip/Production Assistant on the Charles Schwab PGA Tour. Christian received a BA in Art – Multimedia as well as a BA in Theatre – Technical Design, both from California State University, East Bay. He also completed numerous design, 3D animation and video production courses at the Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC) to further hone his craft.

Yulia McCall
Motion Graphics Sr. Media Designer |
Yulia brings over 10 years experience in motion graphics and design to NIA, focused primarily in consumer retail marketing. As Sr. Media Designer for NIA Creative, Yulia will develop and produce projects that utilize a diverse cross-section of her talents including animation, video production and interactive, web and print design. Prior to joining NIA, Yulia was a Graphic Designer/Animator with Premier Retail Networks where should led projects for numerous clients including Ralphs, Albertsons, Wal-Mart, ShopRite, PathMark, Jewel and more. She has also maintained a busy freelance career, assisting clients such as NetIQ, Hemisphere Health Care and CompuApps meet their marketing communications goals. Yulia received Apple-Certified Diplomas in Motion Graphic Design and Video Editing from Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC) and Graphic Design and Multimedia Diplomas from Platt College. She also completed numerous fine arts courses at Academy of Art College in San Francisco and received a Bachelor of Arts from Tver State University in Tver, Russia.

Brenna Jennison
Sr. Project Director |
Brenna brings over 10 years experience in project management, print design and editing in the deadline-intensive environment of newspaper publishing and broadcast advertising. As Sr. Project Director, Brenna works closely with clients as well as the creative team to ensure that each client’s vision is accurately presented in each project. She also creates and oversees the production schedule, coordinates with vendors and more. Prior to joining NIA, Brenna held senior positions at the Contra Costa Times, Long Beach Press-Telegram and Millenium Sales. She majored in Photojournalism at San Jose State University.
